A: Your discount will come automatically at check out, no waiting, no
black out periods.
Q: Why is my discount bigger than my gift card states?
A: Some participating hotels give us the ability to apply a deeper
discount to hopefully earn your business in the future.
Q: If I have multiple Hotel Cards, can I apply them to the same reservation?
A: Sorry, only one Card per reservation can be used.
Q: Can I apply other discounts (i.e. AAA, AARP, corporate discounts, etc...) along with my Hotel Card reservation?
A: No, when making a reservation on our site, the only discount that
can be used is the pin number associated with our site.
Q: Where can I redeem my Hotel Card?
A: Your card can only be redeemed on AHotelCard.com.
Q: Does my card expire?
A: Hotel Cards expire one year from date of your first log in, unless
otherwise specified on the Hotel Card itself. All travel must be
completed prior to your card expiring.
Q: Is there a minimum night stay?
A: In some cases yes, but this will be indicated on your marketing
material when you received this card.
Q: Is there a listing of all the hotels on your site?
A: Currently we have over 100,000 hotels worldwide. Our inventory is
subject to change based on rates and availability.
Q: The hotel I selected on the checkout page says, “It is no longer available.”
A: This should be a rare case, but sometimes the hotels sell out at
that precise moment. If that happens please select alternate hotel
property.
Q: What if my hotel reservation is less than my card discount?
A: No additional credits will be received. It is up to you the user for
making the selection and accepting the price at checkout.
Q: How do I use the value of my AHotelCard.com when making a reservation?
A: Simple, just enter the number on the back of your card, and start
searching. The discount amount will be clearly marked as you make
your hotel selection.
Q: Are there any hooks, restrictions, or strings attached?
A: No, you can use the card for any hotel on this site.
Q: Can I get a new Hotel Card if I lose it?
A: Your card cannot be replaced.
Q: What if I forget, or lose my Hotel Card Number?
A: Your Hotel Card Number is located on the back on your card.
Sorry, if you lose your card, we have no way to retrieve your number.
Q: May I cancel or change my reservation?
A: You may cancel your reservation if you are within your cancelation
period. Please check your voucher for details. We do not amend
reservations.
